Customer

The customer agrees to comply with these terms and conditions, as well as merchant-specific terms, when purchasing products and services through Shine On Internet services.

Ordering

General Terms

• The prices displayed on the online service include VAT.

• We sell products to adult individuals and business customers.

• We reserve the right to change prices.

• The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

• We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. The customer must review the current delivery terms before placing an order.

Reservation Terms

These terms apply to bookable products and services. Collectively, these are referred to as the "item."

Booking

• The customer is responsible for reviewing the description and instructions for the reservation item(s) as well as the terms and conditions related to the reservation.

• A reservation made by the customer is binding once the order/payment confirmation has been sent to the email address provided by the customer.

• The customer pays for the reservation using the payment method they have selected, in accordance with the terms and conditions of that payment method.

• The booking system sends the order/payment confirmation to the email address provided by the customer.

• The Merchant is not responsible for a failed reservation; instead, the customer must contact the Merchant immediately to resolve the situation.

• The Merchant does not guarantee that the item will still be available in this situation.

• If the property is not available, an alternative property will be offered where possible.

Cancellations and Changes

• The cancellation date is the date on which the Merchant received notification of the cancellation.

• The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the cancellation is sent in a timely manner.

• If the customer cancels their reservation

o when there is 1 day or more until the start of the reservation, a cancellation fee will be charged. The cancellation fee is [20] €.

o If there is less than [1] day until the start of the reservation, the full price of the reserved treatment will be charged.

o For bookings made with a discount code, the full price will always be charged regardless of the cancellation time.

• At the customer’s request, a reservation may be rescheduled under the following conditions:

o A rescheduling can only be made once.

o The rescheduling must take place no later than [1] day before the start of the original reservation.

o The rescheduling fee is [20] EUR (incl. VAT).

o If a rescheduled reservation is canceled, the full price of the treatment will always be charged, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

Merchant’s Right to Cancel a Reservation

• In the event of force majeure, the Merchant may cancel the reservation. The customer who booked the treatment will be notified of the cancellation without delay.

• In such cases, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

• Any expenses incurred by the customer due to the cancellation caused by force majeure will not be reimbursed.

Compensation for Damages

• The Merchant will not compensate the customer for any inconvenience or expenses that may arise from natural conditions, such as insects, animals, thawing snow, or unexpected weather changes.

Complaints

• Any complaints must always be made as soon as possible after the issue arises.

• The merchant will endeavor to resolve the complaint as quickly as possible, but no later than within one month.

• If the customer and the merchant cannot reach an agreement, the customer may refer the dispute to the Consumer Complaints Board for resolution.

Terms of Delivery

Conclusion of the Agreement

• A binding contract for the purchase becomes effective once the order has been confirmed (order confirmation/payment confirmation).

• The order confirmation/payment confirmation will be sent to the customer via email.

Payment Terms

• The merchant uses reliable and secure payment processors for its services.

• The merchant does not store bank account or credit card information at any stage.

• The customer agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of the payment method they have selected.

• Payment by invoice

o The invoice must be paid by the due date indicated on the invoice.

o Late fees will always be added to invoices paid after the due date. If the invoice is paid after the due date using the original invoice and late fees have already accrued, the fees will be billed separately.

• If the payment transaction has not been successfully completed at the time of ordering, the Merchant will not process the order.
